FDisking!

Hi, I am having problems trying to FDisk and format my system. I have been advised to do this to give a nice clean disk to install from. I am currently running Windows Me and have the CD and bootup disk. I have so far got to booting up the computer using the disk and at the A: prompt writing FDisk c: and it said wrong version or something i'm not too sure. What am I doing wrong? Is it as Windows Me doesn't use DOS??
Any replies would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Chris

go to bootdisk.com and download the win me boot floopy image. Create the boot disk and boot using the floopy. fdisk, format and then run setup from the CD.
