FDISK /MBR and Win98SE and WIN2k duel boot

if I boot with a 98 floppy and then fdisk /mbr, will my machine boot up normally or would lose the ntldr??? would I get the dual boot screen or would I have to re-install??

you should be ok. i did it when i acidentally installed linux on the mbr of my win 2k drive. i just ran fdisk /mbr and i boots fine. reinstalling DID NOT fix it
