Fdisk doesn't see the whole drive????

I'm building a new system with an 80 gb Seagate ST380011A.

BIOS sees the drive at channel 1 master (OK) and 80 gb (OK).

Fdisk and Format see the disk as 10781 mb.

What did I do wrong and how do I get the full 80 gb?

Thanks for the help. It was a case of deducting 64 from the total. After formating the size is displayed correctly. I didn't do anything to correct the problem, just formatted, and it all worked out.
