While I'm not a fan of the FCC, I don't really see the big deal. They censor movies all the time for broadcast TV. Isn't cable TV exempt from the FCC anyways? Show all the good nekkid cartoon ass there. :)

Cartoon isn't the point, you narrow minded knob. Suppose PBS wants to do a show about classical Renessaince artists, and they want to show some of the paintings. Are they going to have to blur out the naked women and naked Cherubs because some jackass in Arkansas might get offended?

How far is this sh!t going to go?

As for being specific to Family Guy, if this is going to happen, why did they even bother bringing it back? They're going to have to be blurring and beeping every fvcking episode. What's the point?

Man, you've been spoiled by cable TV for too long. Fox IS a broadcast network.

Some bottom lines and guidelines should be created for TV stations/shows/studios so that they know what they should blur out and what they don't have to.:)

According to the FCC's own audits of complaints, 99% of them come from ONE religious organization. NINETY-NINE PERCENT OF THEM. Unfortunately, there's nothing they can do to take away their right to complain.

Yeah I know. I guess I should've broken up my sentences, to separate the cable TV comment from the Family Guy comment.

It's these stupidass morons, the Parents Television Council. They have nothing better to do than watch television all day looking for things to be offended about, and then claiming they are doing it "for the childrens". Bunch of self important and vacuous sh!tbags trying to impose their morality on everyone else.
