Now the big question: how long until we get some kind of knee-jerk response from the RIAA trying to undercut this for fear that people will now use the radio to "capture" digital copies of their favorite music....free of charge.

Interesting, XM sound without the monthly charge. I heard ads for Digital Radio on my favorite radio station the other day, if they start using it I'll have to buy a new head unit for my car
