What's all this crap about a new FCC reg (02-230) that's going to make CD/DVD burners illegal, putting "broadcast flags" in digital TV signals, etc.

Although they will never be made illegal I do forsee copy protection mechanisms being instituted on digital material. However, there are always smarter programmers out there than the ones who created the protection device... I wouldn't concern yourself.
