FC PGA Switch?

I Currenty have a Asus CUV4X motherboard. While I know this is a good motherboard I'd like to switch to the ASUS CUSL2-C because I'm sick of the VIA chipset and want to move to the Intel i815e chipset. I have a Pentium 3 800MHz FC-PGA proc and was wondering if I can just take it off the old mobo and put it on the new mobo with no problems? Also I have a Golden Orb heatsink/fan. I heard this heatsink/fan didn fit on the ASUS CUSL2-C very good, is this true? If it is what heatsink/fan do you recommend? I don't want to get rid of my Golden Orb, I love it, but if it doesn't fit good I guess I have no choice. Thanks🙂
 
I run a P3 866 on a CUSL2-C and would vouch for it. I foresee no problems if you make the switch. I dont know about the Golden Orb though.
