FBS ratio question

Since I am not a OCer, now I set my CPU FBS:memory fbs=1:2
my U is E4400 FBS=200MHZ , and RAM is DDR2 800, FBS is 400mhz
it seems ok for me since I bought the RAM three month ago.
is 1:1 the best?? so what about any other ratio? lower performance? less stable?

Your 1:2 is fine for the FSB of 200MHz and DDR2 800.

Unless you are not stable - but I understand that stability is not an issue here, correct...?

1:2 is probably the best ratio you can have currently and you have the most optimal configuration. It gives you the best of the both worlds. Further, if you can tighten timings, that's just about as good as it gets.
