Why would she be? I mean, unless the emails reveal the plot between the lizard people, the Illuminati, the ayatollahs & the Vatican, of course. You just know it's gotta be something like that, right? It's the only thing that can explain why she had the ambassador killed in Benghazi, isn't it?

You shouldn't be confirming their suspicions like that. ;)

Check Wikkileaks Podesta emails where Podesta said that Hillary had to be sobered up many times by 4:30 in the afternoon. I don't think this time she's even gone to sleep, same pantsuit as Saturday. She's going on a binge today! Where's Huma? Hillary needs you. Clinton reportedly drinks quite heavily when things are not going her way!

Linky-linky or it's just stinky.

Some Clinton supporters do not care what she has done.

Should be interesting to see how Monday turns out.

Clinton emails: Officials advised FBI not to reveal inquiry

http://www.bbc.com/news/election-us-2016-37815558

Not that this is not obvious.

Ahead of Election, Poll Shows a Nation Divided

http://www.usnews.com/news/articles...ection-poll-shows-a-nation-divided?int=a14709

Comey had to step out of the closet, because it wasn't like that fuckknuckle Weiner wasn't going to spill the beans at the worst possible and most embarrassing moment for the G-Men..and he has more then likely already talked..and the FBI is holding that card close to their vest. It's not like Comey hasn't already had a seriously healthy share of embarrassing moments. And the FBI or law enforcement in general is no friend of the clintons. If they get a chance to step on a clinton neck they will do it. Now or after the election.

If these were emails pertaining to Hilary's job as secretary of state, she wouldn't have been able to unilaterally release them. And your argument is that because she did something wrong years ago the FBI director playing politics is OK? Nice logic.

We don't know what they pertain to and she made damned sure that was the case. Deleting, bleachbiting, destroying with hammers. All while under subpoena not to do that. Not to mention what started it - not using the secure work email but setting up her own server.

Spin all you like but she dug her own grave.

The direction to delete the personal emails was long before any request was made by congress to preserve them. In December of 2014. Work related emails were separated and preserved at that time. The request from congress to preserve was made in March of 2015. Only two devices of 13 were destroyed with a hammer. Smashing storage media is not an uncommon practice to protect any information contained on them.

We destroy old hard drives at my office with drill. I don't see that smashing them with a hammer is that out of the ordinary...

In my work I use a drill press to 'ventilate' hard drives and then follow that with a ten pound sledge to crush them. When I'm done there's no getting anything from them.

I once trashed $800,000 in 4 Aerospace devices with a Bridgeport and a Hydraulic Press when they had went out of date in one day, when they wanted the tech destroyed so it could not be possibly copied.

One of the guys in the background was laughing and asking if they had anymore so I could make it a million :)

I waited for the wife to come home and told her I had scrapped out 800 Grand in parts and she about freaked out before I explained it :p

Sorry, I guess that was a bit off topic.

Are you required to turn over your work related data (which you get to cherry pick too btw which is great) to the American public under the FOIA though?

CNN and other outlets reporting FBI now has a warrant and that they've known about these emails for weeks.

Seems like Comey was getting out in front of a leak or played the only card he had to secure the warrant.
