I didn't realize the magnitude of this jerks greed.

"The watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington has called Murtha one of the most corrupt members of Congress, for taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in contributions from companies and writing them millions of dollars in earmarks. Murtha has declined to comment on the designation."

It's too bad he was just re-elected. What was PA thinking?

They like being insulted by their senator? Who knows but the amount of corruption in the self proclaimed most ethical congress in history is pathetically amusing.

Asked if Murtha had been contacted by the FBI or if he believed he was the target of an investigation, spokesman Matthew Mazonkey said "no and no," adding, "I'm not going to waste my time with sensationalized journalism."

What is missing here is anything to directly connect Murtha with the lobbying firm founded by a former aid.

But I do note, that as a US citizen, I share citizenship with millions of criminals, embezzlers, and frauds.

So wake me up when the FBI goes after Murtha rather than entities only tangentially involved.

He doesn't need to be working anywhere in politics ...... he needs to be in the private sector as soon as possible!
