Unfortunately it's just a concept, but it's supposed to have an engine. The issue with the Fit is that it wasn't designed for living in, while this thing looks purpose-built for it.
 
Oh, I see. It uses one of those trikes commonly seen in Asian countries and converts it to a living quarter. Very very cool.

And yes, that's what I need.

Why not start off with a cheap used minivan, fast enough to keep up on the highway and should be fairly easy to customize for what you need. I don't like the idea of using small foreign engines here in the US, you want something with easy and cheap parts availability.
