FB-DIMM DDR2-800 on a 1333 MHz FSB

Anyone know if this will work? Will the RAM just run at 667 MHz automatically?

edit: Should also mention this is for FB-DIMM in case that matters

I'm running whatever custom Dell board comes with the T7400. The CPU is a dual Xeon E5405
