i have a stand alone fax machine that is excellent for sending, but receivin the price of the d@mn roll of thermal transfer film is pretty expensive - $15/roll, and it only prints out about 200 pages.
anyway, i would like to turn my server into a fax receiver since i have an extra modem laying around and the server is on all the time. i would like to still send faxes from my regular fax machine and not always through the computer
but the problem is, since they are all on the same line, when i send out via the stand alone fax machine, the computer picks it up. is there any way around this?
