Fax over Fiber

Right now we have a T1 going to our fax server using GFI FaxMaker. We are using 18 lines of the 24 for our bid blast faxes, about 1K in faxes once or twice a week. We are moving to a new building and are able to get TWC 5x5 fiber to the building for cheap, $800/month. We cant/wont move our voice over to the fiber, porting number is a bitch with SBC/Nuvox, but we wanted to try to move our fax to the fiber line. I am far from an expert with WAN communications so thats why I need some help. I have been told this can be done with some Cisco equiptment but I would rather look for other options. Ideas? Thanks.

1st something (a Time Division Multiplexor) is doing the splitting of the 24 channels of that T1. Second you have a router in the mix here already. The FAX server connects to a LAN, then to a WAN via the router

Best bet is to work with the people your support what you currently have in place

Yes but I am in la la land when it comes to fiber and how it gets back to the telco or whoever for the phone part of it. If we go to this fiber for fax, we would use our Cisco 3600 and a module for it but then what? How does TWC get our phone numbers down the fiber line to us?
