Newsradio was very underrated IMO.

nothing will ever top seinfeld though.

why is it that nobody can make a decent sci-fi/action show?

Hmmm. No mention of my favorite, Cheers. It's the perfect show to unwind to right before you go to bed (at least if you were old enough to remember it.) I miss those pre-Seinfeld style comedies of the 80s like Cheers and the Cosby Show. My other favorites would include Seinfeld, the Flintstones, Scooby Doo, Star Trek TNG, Law & Order, MASH, the Simpsons, Frasier in its earlier years, pretty much any Warner Bros/Bugs Bunny cartoon show, and Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Doh! Forgot about the Wonder Years. Even though that storyline took place in the 60s-70s I was in the exact same grades he was during the show's run so it was a nice reflection seen through a different time period.

Hey, I just remembered another one that I didn't put in the other thread yesterday:

ASTRO BOY!!!. How could I forget that one?! Shame on me.
GUMMY BEARS!!!. Almost forgot that one as well! They were the coolest.

Hmmm, some others:
Inspector Gadget was one of my favourites as a little kid.
Monkey Magic was another.
Fawlty Towers still cracks me up.
Different Strokes.
Duck Tales was good.
