Favorite Walking Taco Ingredient

Today at work they had a MS Fundraiser and had walking tacos which I haven't had since I was 10. They ran out of sour cream which was a deal breaker for me.

Crumpled up doritos or fritos, with some meat, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, & salsa.

Why wouldn't they just make normal tacos instead, probably cheaper and would taste better because I imagine the chips would get all soggy pretty damn quick.

I remember Taco Bell's "fritos burrito" they used to sell. holy hell that was good, I miss it, but it was always too spicy for my system x.x
