Spinach or broccoli, I suppose (excluding potatoes, of course). Both cooked. I'm very fond of raw celerey and carrots too.

I once in awhile eat some baby carrots. Its a nice, crunchy snack. Corn on the cob with a touch of butter is always a great thing. Baked potato with some cheese and real bacon bits.

I love cauliflower, as long as it's cooked, baked, boiled, etc.

Fresh corn on the cob = great too.

Really, it's hard to pick, since there are a lot of veggies i love.

I eat about 3 1lb bags of baby carrots a week. They are like candy to me. Now I'm throwing in apples, i'm trying to eat healthier.....

I don't count either potatoes or mushrooms as vegetables. What do you replace potatoes with on a plate? Rice or pasta.

Brocoli FTW.
