I believe it is called a mount sierra roll, got it at "water wheel" in Lake Tahoe.

I'm not sure what it's called, but it's a grilled eel that's really great. Otherwise it's bluefin.

DRAGON ROLL

Shrimp tempura wrapped in rice with strips/strikes of avocado to make it look like a dragon and then unagi (eel) on top.

Costs a fortune to buy, but best roll ever...


EEL = WIN

Anything with unagi (bbq'd eel), maguro (the good tuna), avacado, and tobiko or masago (fish roe). I like hamachi (yellow tail) with green onion, and sake (salmon) is okay too.
