I like them all.

I usually just get the sushi dinner that comes with assortments of nigiri and 1 set of maki.

Nigiri with extra pastey wasabi and chase it with hot sake or Sapporo = heaven.

I greatly prefer simple temaki to maki, especially the ridiculous maki with 4 different kinds of fish, tempura flakes, crab salad, covered in eel sauce, they just taste like...well, like everything mushed up.

I've imposed a moratorium on rolls and just order the lunch or dinner special.

I had settled into a spicy tuna\unagi routine and needed to shake myself out of it.

If you want to have something light... go kappamaki.

I think that's how it's spelled.

I've never really met a roll I didn't like, but to be honest I mainly just eat sashimi now.

My favorite is called the Dynamite w/ Avocado. It's a spicy tuna, with avocado, rolled in tempura crumbs. Next would be the Philadelphia.
