Alright, so last year around my birthday 11/17, a friend asked me what my favorite song was....and although I said some wierd song at the time, the question is actually really difficult to answer. So for the past 5 months ive created a list of all the songs I like, it came out to be around 1500 songs, and then I put a check mark by them with different colors and the colors meaning something. For example red would mean "i listen to this song when im happy" or green would mean "i list to this song when im sad" and i had so much criteria and some other categories....and I finally came to the conclusion that I have 2 favorite songs(which I am trying to split right now).

They are....
1. Requiem For A Dream....which can be heard here....and please listen to whole thing...

this version there is a lot of extra background sound.....
2. Stairway To Heaven

As a 19 year old "kid" I listen to all genres of music. I live in the city and all I hear is rap and hip hop, which I love...But my mother was raised in the country and only listens to country, and I like country also. My father was raised in downtown chicago in the 70's and listens to pure classic rock. I have upwards of 5000 burnt/non burnt cd's in my house plus some old vinyls and 8 tracks(plus players) and I never go a day without listening to them. Becoming a fan of classical...such as mozart and tchaikovsky took a little more work than adaptive tastes...I did a project in high school about the evolution of music and how Rap evolved out of extremely old music....but thats where I listened to mozart and fell in love...

Well....so those are my favorite songs along with a story behind why I like music......eric clapton comes to illinois in july WOOT!! lol

Thank God... you listen to tasteful music. So many kids our age listen to pure crap. Classic Rock is ALWAYS good.

It's impossible to just name one but first thing on my mind...

The Who - Baba O'Riley

I'm 21 today and I can say with 100% certainty that I will still be listening and singing/yelling along to it 50 years from now. :)

Edit: Remove "....although" from your link
