My favorite female SNL alumni is Gilda Radner. IMHO, no female SNL performer has ever come close to her ability.

My favorite male alumni is Bill Murray. Groundhog Day was sheer poetry.

Yes, there are many others who are good, but who will be legends 30 years from now?

Even though he is currently on the cast, I think Will Ferrel made SNL bearable these past couple years. That and with all the cameos he's done on SNL alumni movies, he's got a good record in my book.
