Favorite Simpson's episodes?

There are two kinds of favorite Simpson's episodes: those that are almost completely random (but darn hilarious), and those that are very good story wise. Two Bad Neighbors (the one where Bush Sr. move across the street) is my favorite of the first category, and I'd have to second Last Exit to Springfield for the other.

The Weed Homer is preatty good, although its not my fave, to be honest, I have no idea which one would be my fave.

1) Last Exit to Springfield (strike at the power plant)
2) Rosebud (Citizen Kane-inspired episode with Mr. Burns' teddy bear Bobo)
3) Marge vs. the Monorail
4) Deep Space Homer (Homer goes to space)
5) Mr. Plow
6) Homer the Great (Homer joins the Stonecutters)
7) You Only Move Twice
8) The Springfield Files (X-Files comes to Springfield)
9) Homer's Enemy (Homer kills Frank Grimes)
10) 2 Dozen & 1 Greyhounds (Santa's Little Helper has puppies)

This is not counting the Treehouse of Horror episodes, some of which are among the very best episodes IMO.

"CAN WE GET A POOL DAD?"
"CAN WE GET A POOL DAD?"
"CAN WE GET A POOL DAD?"
"CAN WE GET A POOL DAD?"
"CAN WE GET A POOL DAD?"
"CAN WE GET A POOL DAD?"

"I've done some things I ain't proud of ....and the things I am proud of...they'se disgustin'"

"Don't eat for a week babe, I'm takin' you out for a steak the size of a toilet seat!"

Our buddy Moe.

I liked the earlier Treehouse of Horror episodes. I also liked that recent episode where they thought Maggie was a genius particularly for the part where Homer used the talking device for himself. Ha-Oh-Meh-Eh-Er.

The one where Homer gets two jobs because Lisa gets a pony. I love that scene where he comes home, sleeps for a second, the alarm goes off and he gets back up.

Bart Vs. Australia

Milhouse: [at the window] Hey, Bart! The bakery caught fire and all of
downtown smells like cookies! Wanna go smell?

Homer: Burkina Faso? Disputed Zone? Who called all these weird places?
Brain: Quiet, it might be you! I can't remember.
Homer: Naw, I'm going to ask Marge.
Brain: No, no! Why embarrass us both? Just write a check and I'll
release some more endorphins.
[Homer scribbles a check, then sighs with pleasure]

Marge: Bart, did you trick an Australian boy into accepting a $900
collect call?
Bart: Yes, 'm.
Homer: [looking at globe] Hmm, there it is: Aus-tra-li-a. I'll be
damned. [spins globe, laughs] Look at this country! ["Uruguay"]
U-R-Gay. [laughs]

Two episodes come to mind:

1. Bart the Daredevil
2. In Marge We Trust, only for the Mr. Sparkle portions, however.

"There's your answer, fishbulb!" :laugh::laugh:
