I'm crushing Pacific Right now... but I'm probably going to get into some other ones for the signup bonuses.

Why is Party bad for newbs?
 
Playing party ATM. I've been losing some of my winnnings for a little while, so it's time for a change.
 
They all suck. I am not going to get into a poker game unless I can actually see the person. Betting styles and percentages of winnign and pot betting can all be derived from a book and having good math skills. Why waste time online when you can just get a game going IRL.

Because:

1. It's easier to get into an online game than it is real life, just log on, and join.

2. It's faster than getting a real game going. More hands/hr (which could be good or bad) but don't have to go through hassel of calling up friends or driving to a casino if you have one near by.

3. You can play low stakes or really high stakes, no limitations really.

4. Bonuses each month or so.

Need I go on?
 
I'm playing on PokerStars right now. I like the interface. But it's all play money so I don't really care too much. 🙂
 
I'm deciding whether or not to take the plunge and play a real money game somewhere. Play money can be kind of annoying, cause there's always that dick who will go all in on everything, then just come back and do it again when he loses. Most of them seem to have a minimum deposit of $50 though, which makes me think twice...
 
Do any have the option of creating your own table? Would be nice to have an ATOT table.......

At Partypoker you can for real money, dunno what play money offers.

Yeah I was thinking play money......................hell I play for real on FT and I'm not sure if you can.
