Favorite Nvidia Tweak Tool?

I used to use only "Coolbits" as I didn't want an "external" program running. Now I've found that "Riva Tuner" works the best for me, it is able to disable D3D v-sync in the 23.11 drivers (the Control Panel applet doesn't work), and also has the 60 Mhz refresh rate fix, plus a whole lot more. And it is a "set it and forget it", ie doesn't run all the time, only when you set the options.
