Favorite Mp3 organizer, renamer software

Hi,
There is a bigger crowd here that at any other forum so I'll ask for your opinion

Which is your favorite?

I'm looking for a good Mp3 organizer renamer that can rename files using a playlist or m3u file

i use ID3 Tag-It for all the tagging and renaming - its like a free version of Tag & rename

i organize them in windows in folders, ie Music/Artist/Album/Artist - ## - Title.mp3

Use winamp to play

Advanced Search > "tag mp3"
of recent and archived threads in the Software forum should turn up a number of threads.

tag and rename was pretty sweet back in the day.
