favorite mp3 maker?

What's your favorite mp3 making utility, is it AudioGrabber, EAC or WinDAC?

EAC for ripping CDs and LAME for encoding

totally free + ultimate configurability + ease of use.
Slight learning curve with the LAME options, but that combo is awesome. Once you figure out what options you want, you just load EAC, put a CD in and walk away, KNOWING that it will be a good rip.

Unless cdex has changed a lot in the last couple years, it won't get you flawless rips as often as EAC and it will not encode in as high a quality as LAME.

I used cdex, and I thought it was great. Then I tried EAC + LAME, and it's definitely the better combo (at least in my opinion)

EAC > CDex and I've used both.

Not that I can hear a difference, but I know that EAC gives more accurate rips
