favorite mixed drink?

mmm...I've always liked screwdrivers but tonight I bought a bottle of sky citrous vodka and mixed it with OJ...damm, tastes like sunny delight. What's your favorite mixed drink?

White Russians are up there as are Gin and Tonics.

Whenever I make them I always include the obligatory umbrella. A tropical drink without the umbrella and fruit garnish is just booze.

151 is worse than everclear to me. Its tough without the golsschlauger.

I'm also a sucker for flaming drinks. A lot of east coast chinese joints have them.. not so much over here. I think it's illegal to have drinks on fire in CA or something.

Ugh..I was just thinking of how I got trashed last week on Purple Hooters and Rum&Cokes.

I believe its illegal in VA. Also, you cant have more than 2 drinks with 5 or more alcohols in them (or something like that) and no more than 5(?) alchohols per drink. Something stupid like that anyhow... But if you know the right people, no one pays attention

On the subject of flaming drinks - the good ole Flaming Dr. Pepper gives ya a good boost when the night is gettin boring.

Shot glass with half 151 and half Ameretto, light on fire (put 151 on top of Ameretto), and drop into a 3/4 pint full glass of your favorite cheap beer and chug. Don't leave any extra because the left overs taste nasty. Tastes just like Dr. Pepper.

O&A were talking about that today. Apparently there are a couple of different recipes. Never had one though
