I'm always looking for some new indie music, so what are ATOT's favorite Indie Artists/Bands?

I love Neutral Milk Hotel, Josh Radin, Josh Joplin, and Tammany Hall in particular.

True, Indie is a broad term right now, the bands I just listed all have very different sounds from each other.

I enjoy The Eels...never heard of The National, and Calexico...going to check them out

If you mean indie artist as in the band produces their own music, then I would say Porcupine Tree. They are signed to a major label, but they do own a small private label for limited edition releases.

Right now mostly electronic music, but I do get on those kicks. Ott, Mr. Scruff, Shpongle, DJ Shadow, RJD2, Flying Lotus, How to Destroy Angels, GAMMA, Cut Chemist, Crystal Castles, Bluetech, Blockhead, Aphex Twin, Bird of Prey, Psilogod, Mark Farina, Aesop Rock, UNKLE, Thievery Corporation, and more that I can't think of at the time.

Oh, almost forgot Bonobo! Check out "Days to Come". Fantastic stuff.
