What is a good game that is fun and will keep my attention?

I am getting a Gameboy Micro and want to know some good games for it.

Yes, I have read reviews, but I want ATOT's real life experiences.

What do you like?

Edit: I removed RPG, because I got your responses for those, thanks!

They're not exactly true RPGs, but the Zelda games are solid. A Link to the Past is a port from the SNES and then there's The Minish Cap which was made sepcifically for the GBA (SP/Micro)

I personally prefer the GBA SP to the Micro. Personal preference, though I've heard the screen on the micro is almost TOO small.

As for games. FF remakes, Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission, Megaman Zero 1-4, Mario series ports, R-Type, Castlevania games and Zelda Minish Cap are all good.

I got Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga because the guy at EB and a by stander both suggested it. I haven't played it yet though.

Is Zelda Minish Cap a new game or is it a port from something else? Is Zelda Four Swords the Link to the Past port from SNES?

I loved Link to the Past, but I would like to play a newer one. (Minish Cap maybe?)

Advance Wars I was pretty fun, is #2 better?

Thanks!

I was anti RPG for no good reason other than oversaturation, but I tried Final Fantasies Tactics about 3 years ago and loved it.

also, that mario VS donky kong game is fun.

And I want to get into Fire Emblem but haven't had a chance yet. I've played the GameCube version.

Final Fantasy Tactics

Took it on a trip and didnt turn the thing off...I loved the psONE version and the gameboy version is just as, if not better....

if you are looking for an RPG game with some good strat involved, get this, you will NOT regret it.

and of course there are a few remakes of the classic FF games too, if you search a little you will turn them up

All Legend of Zelda games, from the original Link's Awakening (DX too) in GB, to Oracle of Seasons and Ages (2 parter, fvcking awesome) on GBC, to Minish Cap on GBA. The SNES port doesn't count. They need to come out w/ Phantom Hourglass for DS already, I can't bare the wait.

Woah woah woah... A Link to the Past was one of the best Zelda games ever! No reason to skip it.

I said it doesn't count, I didn't say I don't have it.;) If you like Zelda, you should have the SNES version already.

Oh I absolutely agree with that... but some people prefer the N64 games which I haven't played extensively.

I have the SNES version already, but I think it would be cool to play it on the road.

What's a good Non-RPG game that I can play for 10min. when I have spare time.
