Favorite Food to Cook

Molten lava cakes with fresh berries (flourless tortes)
French Onion soup (from scratch)
Roast chicken
Brined roast turkey and homemade cranberry sauce

..lately I've been getting frozen bags of stir fry veggies from costco and egg beaters and stir fry a veggie scrambled egg breakfast..pot of black coffee. Rye toast..good stuff.

A big juice ribeye steak with some baked potatoes. Quarter the potatoes, drizzle some olive oil on them and cover them in spices, then throw the ribeye on for 4 minutes on each side.

Outdoors: Meat on the grill, anything as long as I can smell it when it's cooking.
Indoors: Kung Pao Chicken (well any Stir Fry as I can put in a ton of spices) and also Gumbo ...
I hate "baking"

A real baked potato takes too long to cook against the ribeye, so I just made up a quicker way. Kind of like misshaped french fries.

I love doing up bacon wrapped fillets!

So good.

Recently, its been salmon or halibut in a variety of ways since I had about 50lbs of fillets from my last fishing trip. Now that those are pretty much gone, I think my favorite was some blood orange marinated, sesame encrusted tuna steaks I made the other night and intend to make as often as possible, or my Romertopf pot roast (which makes incredible poboys wiht the leftovers).
