I voted for I, but I enjoyed VI and VII quite a bit as well. IV is good, but I couldn't get into and never finished it.

I've only actually PLAYED X, but I've watched people play VII and X-2 (ugh).

Of the three, I liked X the best. But I might have been spoiled by the great graphics on a projector:D

FF2/4 hands down.

ff6 had a nice story, but it didn't force you to use any particular character. since the main character was gone so much from the game, i usually didn't use her.

anyone who says FF7 is a clueless noob.

the one that wasn't a repost :p

FF4 was probably my favorite, with 7 coming in at a close second. FF7 was the first RPG that really got me sucked in to the point where I cared about the characters.

For shame! I'm the only one that voted for FFV. Sony said they wouldn't release it in America because we weren't "mature" enough. Spanks all the others.

Terra and Locke were kinda the main couple. Terra is also the SINGLE most incredibly destructive character in the game. Morph + <element>3 = instadeath for an entire enemy party. Ultima (or Morph+Ultima, depending on your level) = instadeath for a boss. She can also EASILY be equipped for a MBLOCK greater than 120. Note that the 'evade' state is bugged and doesn't work. MBLOCK defends both against magic and phys. She's unkillable.

I voted FFVI/II for SNES. That was my first FF game and I had a blast. FF VI/III was awesome as well, I love the soundtrack.

Damn, I was looking down the list and saw III and voted for it. I meant to vote for VI/III, without a doubt the best FF game ever :)

You can boost MBLOCK to high levels for any character, and once you get to a high enough level, Morph become useless.

I think my final team was Terra, Celes, Locke, Sabin (in that order). Although Blitz techs aren't worth that much late in the game anyway... Maybe Cyan or Mog would have been better.
