Favorite fast food "premium" salad...

I've been on a salad kick lately and have been wanting to try out the different salads offered at fast food places.

So far the Cobb salad from McD's and the Roadhouse Ranch from Quiznos are my favorites at the moment. I'm trying to make the rounds to other fast food places to see what else is out there.

Are there any that offer spinach as the main "green"? I'm spinach fan over romaine or iceberg lettuce.

Where do you usually grab a salad and what's your favorite?

i dont eat fast food very often and when i do i sure as hell dont get a salad

I don't. I hate fastfood salads. Almost all the grocery stores around here have premade salads in bowls with dressing, so i just go grab those.

The side ceaser just tastes....odd. Not sure if it's the romaine they use or the ceaser dressing they give you.

Your best bet for dressing would be to buy your own bottle of something and keep it at work.

I make my own...

-Oil (veggie or olive or whatever floats your boat)
-Rice vinegar
-Soy sauce
-Ginger (or ginger powder)

The "cobb" dressing McD's gives out is pretty good. It's a huge...bag...of it and is only 120 calories.

I'll have to give that a try, how is McD's chicken strip salad ... any good?
