Favorite difficulty level names?

Each game has diffrent names for the diffrent difficulty level like:
Doom 3: Recruit, Marine, Veteran, Nightmare
HL2: Easy, Normal, Hard

Think of some more, and which one do you prefer?
Personally I like the names used in Doom 3.

Total Carnage

Duke Nukem 3D, although I couldn't name them off the top of my head.

Ultra-Violence
