I've only seen parts of the Rick James sketch. My favorite one is the Playa Haters' Ball from season 1, ep. 9. From watching the outtakes and listening to the commentary, I am amazed that everyone improvised through most of that sketch

lol, yeah. the outtakes where he's making fun of them is pretty funny. the line they kept in was great though...
