Favorite Commercial?

I absoleutly LOVe the six flags commercials If you havent seen one you must go to sixfalgs.com and watch it!
The Geico ones are pretty good to. THe new Chevy car commercials where they slide the truck through the parking lot and drive the cars off are pretty cool(cant think of any more good car ones at moment)

I like the one for Dairy Queen where the woman is blindfolded
and she's tasting some new frozen drink and when the guy trys
to take it away from her she gets up and runs right smack into
a window and blinds and falls down like she hit a brick wall.
If you take notice, you'll see she busted the glass when she hit it.

It's slapstick physical comedy but it strikes me funny

One of my favorites was the cat herding commercial from the 2002? superbowl. I think it was for a bank.

I like the commercials sci-fi has been running for the chance to get on the show (stargate) though....especially the singing dork..."it's a great BIG WORLD...."

Either the Geiko commercials, the Six Flags one, or the Rubberman Office Max ones. These are just my recent favorites though.

I hate those six flags commercials... they're really, really annoying.

I used to love the Gap commercials from the mid-90's, though (singing models). the Geiko commercials are also pretty funny :thumbsup:

The Gap commercial with the kids throwing snowballs while playing Low's Little Drummer Boy was great. :thumbsup:

Hate the Geico commercials, maybe I just dont understand them, but they're not funny at all.

My favorite commercial of all time was one that aired in europe.

Empty room with just a guy laying new carpet. You can clearly see a huge lump in the rug and as he sees it he says "Oh no, my cigarettes". He starts beating the hell out of the lump with his hammer to mash it down hoping the owner won't notice. Just then the rug layer realizes his stoges are in his pocket and immediately after that the owner of the house peaks his head in the room and says "excuse me sir, my gerbil's gone missing, please tell me if you see him"

It's a commercial for a rug cleaning service.

Though am certainly no fan of Apple, the 1984 Macintosh introduction commercial deserves to be recognized as advertising excellence.

On a more recent front, for some unknown reason, I find the Fandango commercials side-splitting.

"Is the movie sold out, my husband?"
"Chitra, my queen, I've used Fandango!"
"My happiness is a golden poem!"
"I'll get the popcorn."

I live in NJ the closest one is over 800mi away...guess the settlements from those ecoli lawsuits have drained them of the ability to open any stores in the northeast.
