Favorite caribbean destination?

Hopefully this fall or winter I'll be able to afford a well needed relaxing vacation to the caribbean. Anyone have some favorite spots? I've been to puerto rico once (loved it) but am looking to go somewhere else this time. (Feel free to be as specific as possible, it only will help bookings when I make them.)

I went on a cruise that hit Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, St. Croix, Grenada, Venezuela and Aruba. Aruba was the best spot by far. The beaches were immaculate with crystal clear water and it wasn't all that crowded. We just stayed at the beach all day so I can't tell ya about the shopping and hotels and what not.

We go to Negril, Jamaica every year. We have a great time.
