Favorite Candy?
I make this hard candy from sugar, juice, acid (I'll leave that one open for interpretation

), and extract (or natural flavor). I really think it tastes better than any commercial good I've tried.
For chocolate, I like a dark cocoey blend with a little bit more butter than usually required. Oh and dipped in a tad of hazelnut flour.
But can't eat too much of that. Clogs up the 'ole ticker.
