Are there records still worth a lot? I remember I had one (an original record), but it got lost when I moved into my new home. Can't remember what record it was...
My mom played Beatles CDs for a whole week, once... I actually got to like their songs. Particularly, the one that goes, 'tie a yellow ribbon down the old oak tree...'
I would think so. They were a little before my time, but my big brother was really into them. I have a younger cousin (a professional musician) who collects. I'll ask him.
We had the original St Pepper's. God, I loved that album, too! Abbey Road also rocks... but I'm a sucker for their love songs.
just in case you weren't sarcastic, Tie a Yellow Ribbon 'round the Old Oak Tree is by Tony Orlando & Dawn. You should listen to the Lawrence Welk cover of that song one day.
