Need to enlarge an image w/o losing quality. I have the PSD but I don't own Photoshop. Can someone do this for me?

Sure it is! In CSI you can take a blurry security camera photo of a person, enlarge his/her eye ball, take the reflection off of it, flip it around, and "enhance" it to get a hi-def image of what the reflection was!
