if you find this, let me know, as we recently reformatted our VP's computer and didn't realize that the only copy of the PocketMirror software resided there. she can't find the CD either.

i don't think the pocketmirror stuff is included on the CD. we have the CD at work, but not the PocketMirror software. it must have been a separate CD or something that someone in the office downloaded here before my time.

i'm still looking for this solution, but i don't know of any.

did you email chapura, inc. and ask them if they have any record of pocketmirror purchases? (i haven't yet.)

now that you mention it it may have been on the 2nd CD. I did email chapura and their respone was basically, "too bad, so sad" contact palm. I have sent Palm email and never heard back.

I thought that pocketmirror came with the palm software when you download it. So your palm cant use the new Palm conduits

This is what the website says :

Some Palm devices use Palm Outlook Conduits to sync with Outlook; others use Chapura's PocketMirror software: more info. The downloadable version of Palm Desktop 4.1.4E includes the Palm Outlook Conduits.
If you previously used PocketMirror, it will be uninstalled and the Palm Outlook Conduits will replace it.

When installing Palm Desktop and HotSync Manager, be sure to select Microsoft Outlook as the program with which you want to sync; otherwise, you will sync with Palm Desktop.

Some versions of VersaMail include Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) for Outlook Calendar and Mail. If you set up an EAS account, the Calendar conduit will be disabled; Calendar items will be synchronized through EAS only, not through HotSync.

Tungsten T3 Palm Outlook Conduits Palm

Tungsten T2 Chapura's PocketMirror Chapura

Tungsten T Chapura's PocketMirror Chapura

Here is what uses what. So you would only need it for the T and the T2

Possibly it could use the Palm Outlook conduits. However having Pocket Mirror installed at home and Palm Conduits here might cause issues. I am downloading now so I guess we will see. Thanks
