Favicon .. please add one

Zuni has said before that he would have to make changes to FuseTalk for this to work and he won't. I'm sure he's talking about getting the forums to add <LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="/favicon.ico"> to the pages.

I know that IE will automatically look for favicon.ico in the root directory of a site so I don't see how he would need to do anything other than just stick one there. Other browsers may not request it automatically but at least some people (a majority actually) would see it.

Maybe they'll add support for it in the new FuseTalk. They could use the one from the main site here.

I can't get IE to show the favicon.ico file on some of my sites, but it look just fine in Firebird. Weird. It works for Anandtech Main page though...

IE can be pretty flakey when it comes to favicon.ico but it usually works for me.
