I make a sammich called the Chicken-Roni- Ranch that's freaking awesome.

Sub bread of your choice
Rotisserie Chicken from local store or you can grill your own(pulled apart)
Onion
Pepperoni
Ranch dressing
Hot sauce
Cheddar Cheese

Preparation is up to you but I like to slice the sub roll and place the chicken topped with cheddar on one half then onion & pepperoni on the other half. Place in the oven and toast it then add the ranch with a dash of hot sauce.

Sorry you just confused me as bruschetta is stuff on toast, the toast bit is the important bit, otherwise its just stuff.

I beg to differ. Bruschetta is more topping for me. Toast is just toast... The tomato/italian herb/olive oil/vinegar topping is the distinguishing part of it.

bruschetta is the toast. bread, rubbed with garlic and drizzled with olive oil, then grilled or otherwise toasted. garlic bread is an italian-american rip off of bruschetta.

the topping is topping. and it can be anything, not just that tomato salad most places use.
