Folks, and folkettes (both of you) we were the victims of a serious forum breach early this morning, possibly from aliens, we're not sure.
Our field hospitals are littered with the horribly wounded and the merely annoyed, their blood curdling complaints chilling us all.
We will fight on the beaches, and in the hills and sub-forums, so that our valor or at least our sheer stubbornness will be long cherished and dearly remembered.
For as long as the English language is misused men will say, "This was their finest hour ... sort of."

Whoever writes theses seems to make light of everything that goes on around here.. It's cloying and a bit rude..Anyone agree with me?

well it's better than some comments from some mods that seemed to indicate they were backed up for a few days and couldn't 'go' in the loo.

I find it amusing to a point....when the system goes down its fine for a witty one because i really don't care what happened to the server but when there is a security breach I think a little more seriousness in letting us know what data was compromised or if there should be concern would be better

Well, my problem is that they lack any firm information for the most part, and come off flippant - "we'll be done tonight, tomorrow.. or whenever.. this week, or next.. go fishing or something if you're bored"

It just seems like the place is run by the douchebags who run TMZ, not professionals.

I suggest you apply for a refund, and get your money back. As for me, I'm pleased with my purchase, and I've gotten way more value out of the messages than I payed for ;^)

hah.. It's early... I just don't like how flippant the updates are..Trying to use snarky humor to compensate for a lack of info gets to me... And does every website have to have the same "meh, nothing is ever important" attitude?
