faulty temperature sensor?

Just overclocked my e8500 to 3.8 GHz. While testing, one thing I've noticed is that my temperatures are very low compared to others under linpack load. Realtemp(TJmax set to 100) and Coretemp both report the same thing at about 53 degrees in 25 degrees ambient. I've heard many people hit as high as 70 degrees while testing under linpack. I've tried LinX and IntelBurnTest; they both produce the same temperatures. Prime95 does about 47 degrees. Could my temperature sensor be faulty? It may be kinda silly worrying about low temps but I just want to be sure I'm not getting a false sense of security. Here are my specs:

E8500 E0
Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L
Xigmatek HDT-S1283
Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800 @ 5-5-5-18

Settings:
Vcore: 1.25V (VID is 1.25)
MCH: 1.1V
RAM Voltage: 1.8V

You're just being a worry wart. I have the exact same cpu also running at 3.8 at about that same vcore and my temps are around 43 idle and get up to about 55 under full load using a zalman cnps 9500 cooler.
