Faulty Razer Diamondback mouse?

Hi,

I bought a diamondback mouse yesterday and I have an
issue with it. The issue is that the right button is
nice and firm, I get a click as soon as I actually
click it. Left button however is loose, it rattles a
couple milimeters. I don't get a click until I push it
at least two milimeters or about half-way down. It
really concerns me because this happened on a couple of
mice I had before and eventually the buttons died.
I'm afraid the button will stop functioning after a while too.
Is this normal, some part of design, or should I exchenge the mouse?
Shouldn't both buttons be identical in how they feel?

I've contacted razer already, but they did not resolve anything, instead they sent me an automated reply that they do not handle warranty unless mouse was purchased from their website... wtf?

Anyway, I would appreciate if razer DB owners would share their experience here. If I have to exchange the mouse I want to do it fast. Thanks.

I really dont know what is up with all these difficulties.
My Viper and Diamondback have been the best mice I've ever used. They were the only ones good enough to make me go back to cords.

Have had the Viper for one year with NO problems. The only thing I dont like is you really need to install the software and have the razerhid process running in the background. (If you want to get the best performance.)
Same with the Diamondback, which I have had for 6 months, (I think).

Overall: Excellent mice for me.

When I said experience, I meant buttons. Didn't you read, the left button seems to be faulty. It seems loose, unlike the right button I need to push it half way down in order to make it click.

Well, nm. I got another response from razer, they cofirmed the mouse is faulty and that I should exchange it.
