Faulty 3007WFP's?

I bought a Dell 3007WFP-HC A02 afew weeks ago, but the white and light colours looked really dirty/blotchy. So I told them and they replaced it, but it again seems to have the same problem. So is this just an issue with all the 30" monitors? And anyone with a 3008WFP had this problem?
 
Yeah, but it's also noticeable when it's just plugged in to power (no dvi), as it cycles through coloured screens. It's as though the screen was really dirty, but it's brand new and clean.
