Now if they left teh ads up and got sued then yes they could.
If they really want to have a answer they need to make a offshore shell company and have it host juts the ads. That way they can sue under that name and even if they lose leave the shell company with no money and fold it up if they do lose.

I believe so. Which is why I'm not a subscriber, and never have been. If they NEED money to keep trhe site up, lemme see the books to prove it and sure I'd pay a membership fee. But when some dude is drivin a Ferrari I dont see a need to pay a fee![]()
