Fatwah against bin Laden?

I was wondering, is it possible for an Islamic leader to issue a fatwah against bin Laden? If they feel that his acts are unIslamic, someone should step up and issue one already...

According to a Muslim cleric on tv yesterday, it would be un-muslim. The assho!es issuing fatwahs and declaring jihad are extremists twisting their religion to fuel their hate. True muslims are against violence.
