pretty much Adonis DNA :)

Sadly genetics really define the look you end up with.

Some get the Frank Zane look, some the Hulk.

Lighting really makes the father look like he aged 20 years, not 11. In the face at least, body is spectacular.

he's actually the guys uncle. his name is kane sumabat aka timberwolf. 46 years old so maybe that's why he looks old.

Ah, so just that stage where 35 and 46 is a big difference in looks, but say 30 and 41 might not have been.

He's in better shape than 99.9% of the guys in most gyms.

yeah that is a great physique to have. i have no clue how i could ever get that lean. i'm cutting now, but even when i've been the most cut i've ever been i'm nowhere near that lean. in both the old and new pic.

I'm sure it's because of the supplements he gets from the company who sponsors him. You should purchase them if you want to look like him. ;)

Low body fat looks great for the body, but for the face, lack of fat in it does make you look older.

You got to keep on dieting and up your cardio to get to that level of leanness. You have to really want to get to that level to make the sacrifices he has to.

lol i'm good. i can eat pretty strict pretty easily (and am doing it right now, 5 days a week then let loose somewhat on the weekends) and i lose weight, but i simply have never gotten to that. however, this year's cut, i'm losing weight and NOT losing any size/strength, which is actually a first for me, so i'm liking that. in the past i've always lost a decent amount of strength/size when i try to cut up.

i just want to stick with it for a couple more months through the summer and see if i continue to lose weight but keep my size/strength. i've been losing about 1 - 1.5 lbs a week for the past couple months, so i hope to continue that. but going on vacation in a couple weeks is going to mess that up a little bit, although when i go on vacation, i usually lose weight even though i eat/drink a lot. but it's because i miss out on all my protein supplements.

yeah for sure. part of the problem is that i don't want to lose size so i'm doing a pretty gradual loss right now. i've definitely noticed the loss in my pants and just grabbing the fat on my belly, and my abs are definitely more visible now than they were a few months ago, as well as feeling tighter. i can see more striations in my shoulders and stuff while doing exercises so i'm definitely losing fat.

i just don't want to lose strength/size, and so far i'm doing that pretty well. i actually think i may have gained some strength as i've lost weight since i am a tad stronger in certain lifts than i was before.

but i don't do any cardio right now actually, just doing it through diet. if i do cardio i think i may lose more than i want to lose too quick, which is why i haven't done it now. well i do play football on the weekends, but it's only for an hour. and i do a lot of walking now when i'm out fishing. but i don't do any cardio just for the sake of cardio.

Letting loose is the factor. Genetics is a factor. Hormones is a factor.

I knew who this guy was from the start. If he posted here, most would label him as a troll.
