That is very sad. It is almost a Darwin Award because he killed his own offspring, except that the mother has another on the way.

This will undoubtedly be used as an excuse to legislate a requirement for all future gaming consoles to have cordless controllers, and all wired controllers to be recalled and replaced with wireless versions.
